Multi-skills relate to the development of movement skills such as balance, coordination, reaction and timing: Which are the blocks of sport and physical education.

Examples of skills we develop in our sessions:
Basic movements & spatial awareness
Movement with a ball
Sending skills - Rolling
Sending skills - Throwing
Receiving skills – Catching
Sending & receiving – Controlling
Sending skills – Aiming
Sending Skills – Striking


Class Information
Tuesday
3:15 - 4:15pm
Reception - Year 2

 
Professional coaching from a full time experienced level 2 coaches, first aid trained, safeguarding trained and DBS checked. 
 
Trial session - £3 option available if it’s your child's first time attending. After the trial you will be invited via email to join the club and will be given first refusal on your space! 
We offer 48hrs to make a decision before your space is given away to the next child waiting (£23 per month after).


Kit - According to the weather. We recommend comfortable, sporty clothes (i.e. tracksuit bottoms and trainers) and a sweatshirt/jacket if it's cold/wet. PE kit is also ok. We cannot be responsible for damage to any clothes so please do not send children in their best.
 
Children go straight to the after school club from class. Collect them at the normal pick up point. The coach will bring them over at the end of the session.
