Supreme Sport Terms & Conditions

DISCLAIMER

Students, staff and parents must all follow a respective Code of Conduct. Furthermore, the aforementioned individuals must also follow all other school policies whilst attending Supreme Sport (SS), Supreme Camps (SC) or any other event/offering associated with Supreme Sport. By either: submitting an application form, allowing your child to attend a class, attending a class yourself, being within SS premises or premises in which SS operates, you hereby agree to the below Terms and Conditions and accept that you will follow the Code of Conduct in place and any other supporting policies for SS. Supreme Sport nor any of its Staff or Volunteers accept any responsibility for the negligence of any party in following these policies and their principles. All policies are viewable at any time on our website: www.supremesport.co.uk

TRIAL - NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY

  • If your child hasn't been before we offer a trial.

  • After the trial you will be invited via email to join the club and will be given first refusal on your space!

  • We offer 48hrs to make a decision before your space is given away to the next child waiting

SECTION 1 - FEES PAID MONTHLY - RECURRING PAYMENT

  • Your payment plan covers all fees for the year. These fees are split into 12 affordable payments, therefore fees are still due during term holidays.

  • We will issue your August payment back to you as a credit to be used at one of our Super Summer Camps or in our Kit Shop the option is yours.

  • Your monthly price is an average of all of the classes in the year. For example some months have 5 sessions, others have 4. The minimum number of classes in a month is 2 which usually happens in April.

  • The price always remains the same as this is the most economical way of running our payments

  • Fees are payable monthly by debit or credit card.

  • We also accept monthly childcare voucher payments. You can set up monthly recurring payments with your childcare voucher provider.

  • Your subscription fee is charged on the 1st of each month.

  • If you join mid-month, your initial payment (on the 1st day of the following month) will be extra on a pro-rata basis to cover the classes already attended.

  • Should you ever need to update your card details, you can do so by emailing us. We will send you a direct link to do so. If a payment ever fails on 1st of the month, our system will automatically retry on 4th and 9th. After this date you will be prompted to update your card.

  • Should your payment fail on 1st of the month, you will not be able to access your child's class until we have received payment. Payment usually fails due to our customers having a new bank card which they need to update. The system will message you when your payment fails and will include a link to make a payment immediately.  Please note: your monthly fee will still be due in full even if you miss a class because you have not been able to pay on time.

SECTION 2 - CANCELLATION POLICY

  • We require a 1 month payment notice period to cancel your subscription.

  • Once submitted, you will have one final payment to make to us, and you will have full access to the classes in your final month

  • If you wish to cancel your monthly subscription, please complete our cancellation form. Cancellation form is here: https://forms.gle/6e43mXNEDwzGzcSz5

SECTION 3 - REFUND POLICY

  • SS cannot and will not provide refunds for holidays or other commitments.

  • SS cannot and will not issue refunds to those who leave mid-month.

  • We are unable to issue refunds or credit for any missed classes. In cases of long term injury or illness a medical note should be provided. We will then review the space which may lead to a frozen price plan or your child being moved to the waiting list.

SECTION 4 - REGISTRATION, ATTENDANCE AND ABSENCE

  • Parents must inform Supreme Sport that their child is not able to make class by email or phone.

  • If an offering is cancelled due to the sickness of a teacher, a health epidemic or any other seen or unforeseen event, SS will endeavour to reschedule/rearrange the offering or provide an alternative. This may be on a different day/time or both from when the offering was originally scheduled and might involve an extension to the term-time dates. The rescheduled/rearranged offering may also be at a different venue within a reasonable distance from the original. SS will consider offering online alternatives where physical offerings are not possible. No refunds will be given if an offering is rescheduled/rearranged or an alternative is provided

SECTION 5 - RIGHT TO ATTEND, CHANGE CLASSES AND WITHDRAW OR TERMINATE ATTENDANCE

  • All current SS students are guaranteed a space in a SS class* and will be automatically enrolled each month.

  • If students miss a class they can’t swap for a different class to make up for the original missed class

SECTION 6 - DISCOUNTS

  • 2 or more siblings attending SS classes/offerings. We offer a 25% sibling discount on 2nd child monthly bookings with us. Once you have completed your booking and added your card details, we will update your subscription to include the discount.

SECTION 7 - HOLIDAY CAMPS

  • Payment for holiday camps must be paid in advance. Payment can be made through the online booking system

SECTION 8 - PHOTOGRAPHY/MARKETING

  • Children's names will never appear alongside a photograph on any of our marketing material or other publications. Photographs with children in them will never be given to anyone and remain property of Supreme Sport. Parents/carers, visitors and children are not permitted to take photographs/videos. There will be an option in the registration form to confirm whether or not you are happy with photography/videos being taken. This will also confirm whether or not you are happy for us to use the photos/videos as part of our marketing material including online. If accepted, children attending may be photographed by our trained staff. Photographs may be used as part of our marketing material including online.
