What to Expect:

• Warm-up (10 mins): Fun and dynamic exercises to get moving and ready.

• Tactical & Technical Coaching (30 mins): Learn advanced skills, refine technique, and develop smart play.

• Matches & Games (20 mins): Put skills into practice in exciting, friendly competition.

Session Details:

• Time: 6:00pm – 7:00pm

• Venue: Temporarily at de Stafford (see dates above) > Caterham School Sports Centre, Harestone Valley Rd, Caterham CR3 6YA

Costs:

• Trial Session: £9 – perfect for first-timers!
