What does my child need to bring to camp?
Children should come to Camp ready for an active day. We recommend comfortable, sporty clothes (i.e. tracksuit bottoms and trainers) and a sweatshirt/jacket for outdoor activities. We cannot be responsible for damage to any clothes so please do not send children in their best. Please ensure clothing is clearly labelled in case any items should be mislaid.
Sun hat and sun cream (please bring your child with sun cream applied, we will advise or help your child reapply throughout the day).
Medication AND permission slip – if necessary
Please do not bring phones, or other electronics. Supreme Camps cannot be held responsible or compensate for loss or damage of items.
Parents must provide us with a permission slip to supervise / administer any medication or medical device.
Supreme Sport strongly encourages having a support network in case parents/carers are unable to collect their children on time. If you are unable to collect on time for any reason parents/carers must inform the particular setting via a phone call.
The following late collection fees will apply:
£5 for the first 5 mins
£20 for the first 15 mins
£20 for every lot of 15 mins thereafter. Charge begins at each 15 min period.
Persistent offenders may be denied a place at our settings. A 50% reduction in late collection fees, for collections less than 15 mins late, will apply in instances when management has been informed by phone in advance on the day.
